cpu_map: Ignore all vmx-* features in sync_qemu_features_i386.py 

The script that synchronizes cpu models from qemu,
sync_qemu_models_i386.py, ignores all features that begin with
"vmx-". Do the same for synchronizing cpu features so we do not
have to track irrelevant features individually.
