virsh: add support for accepting arbitrary argv
* tools/virsh.c (vshCmdOptType): Add VSH_OT_ARGV. Delete unused VSH_OT_NONE. (vshCmddefGetData): Special case new opt flag. (vshCmddefHelp): Display help for argv. (vshCommandOptArgv): New function.
