Daniel Henrique Barboza 53f62118c3 docs: get rid of 'make check' references 
Update the remaining 'make check' references after the
switch to meson/ninja.

The reference in testsuites.html.in was kept with a note that it is
the process for Libvirt 6.6.0 and older.

Andrea Bolognani 936d598b89 docs: Add advanced-tests.rst 
This part contains a lot of useful tips, but presenting all of them
at the same time obfuscated the central message which is, 'make check'
and 'make syntax-check' must pass after each patch in a series. Let's
move them to a separate page.
