Peter Krempa 5b5162072c qemuhotplugmock: Mock fd passing to qemu via 'SCM_RIGHTS'
We don't want to be dealing with real FDs thus we mock
'qemuMonitorIOWriteWithFD' to do the same thing as when no FD is being
passed.

Peter Krempa ad81aa8ad0 qemu: Honour 'virtlogd' use when hotplugging chardevs
Setup the chardev similarly to how we do it on startup so that virtlogd
is properly used with chardevs which are hotplugged to a VM.

Ján Tomko 44aaa02992 util: remove virGetDeviceID
It was only used to construct the hash key for the (now removed)
shared devices in the qemu driver.

Remove it and its mocking.

Peter Krempa 6c49c2ee9f virDevMapperGetTargets: Use a linked list as return type
Of the two callers one simply iterates over the returned paths and the
second one appends the returned paths to another linked list. Simplify
all of this by directly returning a linked list.

Michal Privoznik c8238579fb lib: Drop internal virXXXPtr typedefs
Historically, we declared pointer type to our types:

  typedef struct _virXXX virXXX;
  typedef virXXX *virXXXPtr;

But usefulness of such declaration is questionable, at best.
Unfortunately, we can't drop every such declaration - we have to
carry some over, because they are part of public API (e.g.
virDomainPtr). But for internal types - we can do drop them and
use what every other C project uses 'virXXX *'.

This change was generated by a very ugly shell script that
generated sed script which was then called over each file in the
repository. For the shell script refer to the cover letter:

Laine Stump cc5da62bbd replace g_new() with g_new0() for consistency
g_new() is used in only 3 places. Switching them to g_new0() will do
no harm, reduces confusion, and helps me sleep better at night knowing
that all allocated memory is initialized to 0 :-) (Yes, I *know* that
in all three cases the associated memory is immediately assigned some
other value. Today.)

Peter Krempa b8c02497b3 mock: qemuDomainGetUnplugTimeout: Decrease timeout
We always queue the DEVICE_DELETED events before successful return from
the command so that tests are reliable. This means we can decrease the
unplug timeout as it's guaranteed to be executed in correct order.

According to my testing it shaves off ~450ms of test run:

real	0m0.721s

vs.

real	0m0.259s

Michal Privoznik a30078cb83 qemu: Create multipath targets for PRs
If a disk has persistent reservations enabled, qemu-pr-helper
might open not only /dev/mapper/control but also individual
targets of the multipath device. We are already querying for them
in CGroups, but now we have to create them in the namespace too.
This was brought up in [1].

Daniel Henrique Barboza e03e27ee08 qemu_hotplug.c: adding qemuDomainGetUnplugTimeout
For some architectures and setups, device removal can take
longer than the default 5 seconds. This results in commands
such as 'virsh setvcpus' to fire timeout messages even if
the operation were successful in the guest, confusing the
user.

This patch sets a new 10 seconds unplug timeout for PPC64
guests. All other archs will keep the default 5 seconds
timeout.

Instead of putting 'if PPC64' conditionals inside qemu_hotplug.c
to set the new timeout value, a new function called
qemuDomainGetUnplugTimeout was added. The timeout value is then
retrieved when needed, by passing the correspondent DomainDef
object. This approach allows for different guest architectures
to have distint unplug timeout intervals, regardless of the
host architecture. This design also makes it easier to
modify/enhance the unplug timeout logic in the future
(allow for special timeouts for TCG domains, for example).

A new mock file was created to work with qemuhotplugtest.c,
given that the test timeout is significantly shorter than
the actual timeout value in qemu_hotplug.c.

The now unused 'qemuDomainRemoveDeviceWaitTime' global can't
be simply erased from qemu_hotplug.c though. Next patch will
remove it properly.
