Daniel Walsh 6844ceadb4 Add support for LXC specific SELinux configuration 
The SELinux policy for LXC uses a different configuration file
than the traditional svirt one. Thus we need to load
/etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/lxc_contexts which contains
something like this:

 process = "system_u:system_r:svirt_lxc_net_t:s0"
 file = "system_u:object_r:svirt_lxc_file_t:s0"
 content = "system_u:object_r:virt_var_lib_t:s0"

cleverly designed to be parsable by virConfPtr

         LibVirt : simple API for virtualization

  Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
