Eric Blake 9f5e53e211 snapshot: identify which snapshots have metadata 
To make it easier to know when undefine will fail because of existing
snapshot metadata, we need to know how many snapshots have metadata.

Also, it is handy to filter the list of snapshots to just those that
have no parents; document that flag now, but implement it in later patches.

* include/libvirt/libvirt.h.in (VIR_DOMAIN_SNAPSHOT_LIST_ROOTS)
(VIR_DOMAIN_SNAPSHOT_LIST_METADATA): New flags.
* src/libvirt.c (virDomainSnapshotNum)
(virDomainSnapshotListNames): Document them.
* src/esx/esx_driver.c (esxDomainSnapshotNum)
(esxDomainSnapshotListNames): Implement trivial flag.
* src/vbox/vbox_tmpl.c (vboxDomainSnapshotNum)
(vboxDomainSnapshotListNames): Likewise.
* src/qemu/qemu_driver.c (qemuDomainSnapshotNum)
(qemuDomainSnapshotListNames): Likewise.

         LibVirt : simple API for virtualization

  Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
