Update MTL-RT711-4CH topology file

The upstream version sof-rt711-4ch.tplg from sof-bin/v2.8 doesn't
work well on openkylin due to some limitations. Thus update a workable
topology file to unblock openkylin side validation.
Note: this will be removed once the newer workable upstream version
appears.

Intel-SIG: Update MTL-RT711-4CH topology file.
