Add Kbuild file for IA64 'make headers_install' Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <dwmw2@infradead.org>

asm-generic: Add default clkdev.h Ease the deployment of clkdev by providing a default asm/clkdev.h for use if the arch does not have an include/asm/clkdev.h. Due to limitations in Kbuild we manually add clkdev.h to all architectures that don't have one rather than having the header appear by default. UAPI: Make arch/ia64/include/asm/kvm_para.h generic Make arch/ia64/include/asm/kvm_para.h generic since it's the same as the asm-generic version. This deals with the problem when ia64 is compiled with allmodconfig you get: In file included from include/uapi/linux/kvm_para.h:26:0, from include/linux/kvm_para.h:4, from kernel/watchdog.c:28: arch/ia64/include/asm/kvm_para.h:24:28: error: redefinition of 'kvm_arch_para_features' include/asm-generic/kvm_para.h:16:28: note: previous definition of 'kvm_arch_para_features' was here arch/ia64/include/asm/kvm_para.h:29:20: error: redefinition of 'kvm_check_and_clear_guest_paused' include/asm-generic/kvm_para.h:11:20: note: previous definition of 'kvm_check_and_clear_guest_paused' was here This does not happen for ia64 defconfig. tracing,x86: Add a TSC trace_clock In order to promote interoperability between userspace tracers and ftrace, add a trace_clock that reports raw TSC values which will then be recorded in the ring buffer. Userspace tracers that also record TSCs are then on exactly the same time base as the kernel and events can be unambiguously interlaced. Tested: Enabled a tracepoint and the "tsc" trace_clock and saw very large timestamp values. v2: Move arch-specific bits out of generic code. v3: Rename "x86-tsc", cleanups v7: Generic arch bits in Kbuild.
