xtensa: move generic-y of exported headers to uapi/asm/Kbuild Since commit fcc8487d477a ("uapi: export all headers under uapi directories"), all (and only) headers under uapi directories are exported, but asm-generic wrappers are still exceptions. To complete de-coupling the uapi from kernel headers, move generic-y of exported headers to uapi/asm/Kbuild. With this change, "make headers_install" will just need to parse uapi/asm/Kbuild to build up exported headers. Also, move "generic-y += kprobes.h" up in order to keep the entries sorted. mm: clean up per architecture MM hook header files Commit 2ae416b142b6 ("mm: new mm hook framework") introduced an empty header file (mm-arch-hooks.h) for every architecture, even those which doesn't need to define mm hooks. As suggested by Geert Uytterhoeven, this could be cleaned through the use of a generic header file included via each per architecture asm/include/Kbuild file. The PowerPC architecture is not impacted here since this architecture has to defined the arch_remap MM hook. tracing,x86: Add a TSC trace_clock In order to promote interoperability between userspace tracers and ftrace, add a trace_clock that reports raw TSC values which will then be recorded in the ring buffer. Userspace tracers that also record TSCs are then on exactly the same time base as the kernel and events can be unambiguously interlaced. Make asm/word-at-a-time.h available on all architectures Added the x86 implementation of word-at-a-time to the generic version, which previously only supported big-endian. Omitted the x86-specific load_unaligned_zeropad(), which in any case is also not present for the existing BE-only implementation of a word-at-a-time, and is only used under CONFIG_DCACHE_WORD_ACCESS.
