ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda-codec: move variable used conditionally 

Cppcheck reports the following warning:

sound/soc/sof/intel/hda-codec.c:122:20: style: Unused variable: codec
[unusedVariable]
 struct hda_codec *codec;
                   ^

Move declaration inside a conditionally-compiled block.
