Staging: hv: Remove typedef NETVSC_PACKET and PNETVSC_PACKET
typedef NETVSC_PACKET and PNETVSC_PACKET are removed and their usages are replace by the use of struct hv_netvsc_packet and struct hv_netvsc_packet * respectively.
