staging: unisys: visorbus: renamed structures in controlvmchannel.h to match driver namespace

Renamed structures
* spar_segment_state to visor_segment_state
* efi_spar_indication to efi_visor_indication
* spar_controlvm_channel_protocol to visor_controlvm_channel
* spar_controlvm_parameters_header to
		visor_controlvm_parameters_header
