perf_event: Initialize data.period in perf_swevent_hrtimer()

In current code in perf_swevent_hrtimer(), data.period is not
initialized, The result is obvious wrong:

 # ./perf record -f -e cpu-clock make
 # ./perf report
 # Samples: 1740
 #

 # ........  ........  ..........................................
 #
