drm/omap: convert dss_mgr_set_timings to accept omap_channel

We are removing uses of 'struct omap_overlay_manager'. This patch
changes dss_mgr_set_timings() to accept 'enum omap_channel' instead of
'struct omap_overlay_manager'.
