Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _S_ETHCS_PKT_INFO and call directly.
This patch removes typedef for _S_ETHCS_PKT_INFO, and changes the name of the struct to bcm_eth_packet_info. In addition, any calls to struct "S_ETHCS_PKT_INFO, or *PS_ETHCS_PKT_INFO" are changed to call directly.
