spi: add transfer histogram statistics via sysfs

report transfer sizes as a histogram via the following files:
  /sys/class/spi_master/spi*/statistics/transfer_bytes_histo_*
  /sys/class/spi_master/spi*/spi*.*/statistics/transfer_bytes_histo_*
