perf/x86/intel/uncore: Add new IMC PCI IDs for KabyLake, AmberLake and WhiskeyLake CPUs
AmberLake and WhiskeyLake have same client uncore events as KabyLake. Thus add the PCI IDs for AmberLake Y processor lines, for WhiskeyLake U processor lines and for KabyLake, add H processor line and workstation.
