[media] bttv: fix querycap and radio v4l2-compliance issues
The querycap ioctl didn't support V4L2_CAP_DEVICE_CAPS and the radio device implemented audio and video inputs and s_std, which are not part of the radio API. Signed-off-by: Hans Verkuil <hans.verkuil@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
