ARM: sun8i: a83t: Drop skeleton.dtsi 

skeleton.dtsi is deprecated. Remove it from sun8i-a83t.dtsi and add
the needed device nodes directly.

Also drop an extra, non-style-conforming line in the copyright license
header.
