octeontx2-pf: Fix sizeof() mismatch 

An incorrect sizeof() is being used, sizeof(u64 *) is not correct,
it should be sizeof(*sq->sqb_ptrs).

Addresses-Coverity: ("Sizeof not portable (SIZEOF_MISMATCH)")
