perf/x86/cstate: Use new probe function
Using perf_msr_probe function to probe for cstate events. The functionality is the same, with one exception, that perf_msr_probe checks for rdmsr to return value != 0 for given MSR register. Using the new attribute groups and adding the events via pmu::attr_update.
