perf/urgent fixes: 

User visible:
 
 - Fix misplaced check for HAVE_SYNC_COMPARE_AND_SWAP_SUPPORT in
   the auxtrace code, which made 'perf record' fail straight away
   in some architectures, even when auxtrace wasn't involved. (Adrian Hunter)
