mtd: mtdchar: return expected errors on mmap() call

According both to POSIX.1-2008 and Linux Programmer's Manual mmap()
syscall shouldn't return undocumented ENOSYS, this change replaces
the errno with more appropriate ENODEV and EACCESS.
