drm/amdgpu: improve VM state machine documentation v2
Since we have a lot of FAQ on the VM state machine try to improve the documentation by adding functions for each state move. v2: fix typo in amdgpu_vm_bo_invalidated, use amdgpu_vm_bo_relocated in one more place as well.
