usb: gadget: pch_udc: Fix disconnect issue 

ISSUE:
When the driver notifies a gadget of a disconnect event, a system
rarely freezes.

CAUSE:
When the driver calls dev->driver->disconnect(), it is not calling
spin_unlock().
