[PATCH] Change synchronize_kernel to _rcu and _sched
This patch changes calls to synchronize_kernel(), deprecated in the earlier "Deprecate synchronize_kernel, GPL replacement" patch to instead call the new synchronize_rcu() and synchronize_sched() APIs.
