mt7615: mcu: unify __mt7615_mcu_set_dev_info and mt7615_mcu_set_dev_info

Unify mt7615_mcu_set_dev_info and __mt7615_mcu_set_dev_info since the
latter is run just by mt7615_mcu_set_dev_info
