The en_core_tk_irqen flag is set in all the cpuidle driver which
means it is not necessary to specify this flag.
Remove the flag and the code related to it.

Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced
devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling.
devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

Move the Kirkwood cpuidle driver out of arch/arm/mach-kirkwood and
into drivers/cpuidle. Convert the driver into a platform driver.
