Paul Gortmaker bf9a9f8e51 Input: delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>
None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

Joseph Salisbury 5df682b297 Input: cypress_ps2 - do not consider data bad if palm is detected
If hardware (or firmware) detects palm on the surface of the device it does
not mean that the data packet is bad from the protocol standpoint. Instead
of reporting PSMOUSE_BAD_DATA in this case simply threat it as if nothing
touches the surface.

Jingoo Han 221a27c240 Input: cypress_ps2 - remove casting the return value which is a void pointer
Casting the return value which is a void pointer is redundant.
The conversion from void pointer to any other pointer type is
guaranteed by the C programming language.
