Since commit dccd2304cc ("ARM: 7430/1: sizes.h: move from asm-generic
to <linux/sizes.h>"), <asm/sizes.h> and <asm-generic/sizes.h> are just
wrappers of <linux/sizes.h>.
This commit replaces all <asm/sizes.h> and <asm-generic/sizes.h> to
prepare for the removal.

As mx25 has been converted to a dt-only platform, we do not need the "mx25.h"
header file anymore.
Remove it and also clean up all the mx25 occurences from the platform helper
code.

i.MX5 is DT only platforms, so these non-DT device registration helpers
is used nowhere. Remove them.

Only mx508 based board is mach-mx50_rdp and it has been marked as BROKEN
for several releases.
mx508 currently lacks clock support.
In case someone needs to add mx508 support back, then the recommended approach
is to use device tree.

It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

It moves platform device code from plat-mxc into mach-imx. Along with
that, header devices-common.h gets moved from plat-mxc/include/mach/
into mach-imx/devices/.
