Rahul Lakkireddy 3822d0670c cxgb4: avoid link re-train during TC-MQPRIO configuration
When configuring TC-MQPRIO offload, only turn off netdev carrier and
don't bring physical link down in hardware. Otherwise, when the
physical link is brought up again after configuration, it gets
re-trained and stalls ongoing traffic.

Also, when firmware is no longer accessible or crashed, avoid sending
FLOWC and waiting for reply that will never come.

Fix following hung_task_timeout_secs trace seen in these cases.

INFO: task tc:20807 blocked for more than 122 seconds.

Rahul Lakkireddy a27fb314cb cxgb4: fix regression with HASH tc prio value update
commit db43b30cd8 ("cxgb4: add ethtool n-tuple filter deletion")
has moved searching for next highest priority HASH filter rule to
cxgb4_flow_rule_destroy(), which searches the rhashtable before the
the rule is removed from it and hence always finds at least 1 entry.
Fix by removing the rule from rhashtable first before calling
cxgb4_flow_rule_destroy() and hence avoid fetching stale info.

Raju Rangoju 88c380df84 cxgb4: avoid accessing registers when clearing filters
Hardware register having the server TID base can contain
invalid values when adapter is in bad state (for example,
due to AER fatal error). Reading these invalid values in the
register can lead to out-of-bound memory access. So, fix
by using the saved server TID base when clearing filters.

Íñigo Huguet 52bfcdd87e net:CXGB4: fix leak if sk_buff is not used
An sk_buff is allocated to send a flow control message, but it's not
sent in all cases: in case the state is not appropiate to send it or if
it can't be enqueued.

In the first of these 2 cases, the sk_buff was discarded but not freed,
producing a memory leak.

Sebastian Andrzej Siewior 82154580a7 chelsio: cxgb: Disable the card on error in threaded interrupt
t1_fatal_err() is invoked from the interrupt handler. The bad part is
that it invokes (via t1_sge_stop()) del_timer_sync() and tasklet_kill().
Both functions must not be called from an interrupt because it is
possible that it will wait for the completion of the timer/tasklet it
just interrupted.

In case of a fatal error, use t1_interrupts_disable() to disable all
interrupt sources and then wake the interrupt thread with
F_PL_INTR_SGE_ERR as pending flag. The threaded-interrupt will stop the
card via t1_sge_stop() and not re-enable the interrupts again.

Sebastian Andrzej Siewior fec7fa0a75 chelsio: cxgb: Replace the workqueue with threaded interrupt
The external interrupt (F_PL_INTR_EXT) needs to be handled in a process
context and this is accomplished by utilizing a workqueue.

The process context can also be provided by a threaded interrupt instead
of a workqueue. The threaded interrupt can be used later for other
interrupt related processing which require non-atomic context without
using yet another workqueue. free_irq() also ensures that the thread is
done which is currently missing (the worker could continue after the
module has been removed).

Save pending flags in pending_thread_intr. Use the same mechanism
to disable F_PL_INTR_EXT as interrupt source like it is used before the
worker is scheduled. Enable the interrupt again once

Ayush Sawal 717df0f4cd chtls: Fix hardware tid leak
send_abort_rpl() is not calculating cpl_abort_req_rss offset and
ends up sending wrong TID with abort_rpl WR causng tid leaks.
Replaced send_abort_rpl() with chtls_send_abort_rpl() as it is
redundant.
