Missed .owner of struct snd_soc_card will prevent the module from being
removed from underneath its users.

Lots of sound drivers were getting module.h via the implicit presence
of it in <linux/device.h> but we are going to clean that up. So
fix up those users now.

This patch moves AC97 specific definitions, they doesn't need to be shared,
into 'ac97.c' from 'ac97.h'. This patch also remove header file, 'ac97.h',
and remove includes on machine drivers.
