Andy Shevchenko 14bebd01c5 dmaengine: dw: Remove AVR32 bits from the driver
AVR32 is gone. Now it's time to clean up the driver by removing

Martin Schwidefsky 0244ad004a Remove GENERIC_HARDIRQ config option
After the last architecture switched to generic hard irqs the config
options HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS & GENERIC_HARDIRQS and the related code
for !CONFIG_GENERIC_HARDIRQS can be removed.

Andy Shevchenko fed42c198b dma: dw: add PCI part of the driver
This is the PCI part of the DesignWare DMAC driver. The controller is usually
used in the Intel hardware such as Intel Medfield.
