Make the code more readable, and while at it also
add a missing "break" to avoid checking handlers
that cannot be used.

Express iwl_set_bit() and iwl_clear_bit() through iwl_set_bits_mask()
and add the latter to the transport's API in order to allow different
implementation for different transport types in the future.

Newer firmware revisions have a completely new
firmware API. This is the new driver for this
new API.
