Josh Boyer 658e817019 [POWERPC] cuimage for Bamboo board 
Add a cuboot wrapper for the Bamboo board.  Additionally, we enable MAC
address fixups for both cuboot and treeboot.

This also removes some obsoleted linker declarations that have been
moved into ops.h

Josh Boyer 2ba4573cda [POWERPC] Bamboo zImage wrapper 
Add a bootwrapper for the AMCC 440EP Bamboo Eval board.  This also adds a
common fixup_clock function for all 440EP(x) chips.
