Bernard Metzler 12e5eef0f4 RDMA/siw: Fix failure handling during device creation
A failing call to ib_device_set_netdev() during device creation caused
system crash due to xa_destroy of uninitialized xarray hit by device
deallocation. Fixed by moving xarray initialization before potential
device deallocation.

Bernard Metzler 58fb0b5625 RDMA/siw: Simplify QP representation
Change siw_qp to contain ib_qp. Use rdma_is_kernel_res() on contained
ib_qp to distinguish kernel level from user level applications
resources. Apply same mechanism for kernel/user level application
detection to completion queues.

Bernard Metzler cf049bb31f RDMA/siw: Fix SQ/RQ drain logic
Storage ULPs (e.g. iSER & NVMeOF) use ib_drain_qp() to drain
QP/CQ. Current SIW's own drain routines do not properly wait until all
SQ/RQ elements are completed and reaped from the CQ. This may cause touch
after free issues. New logic relies on generic
__ib_drain_sq()/__ib_drain_rq() posting a final work request, which SIW
immediately flushes to CQ.

Dan Carpenter 17c19287ec RDMA/siw: Fix a memory leak in siw_init_cpulist()
The error handling code doesn't free siw_cpu_info.tx_valid_cpus[0]. The
first iteration through the loop is a no-op so this is sort of an off
by one bug. Also Bernard pointed out that we can remove the NULL
assignment and simplify the code a bit.

Bernard Metzler 85de5d5336 RDMA/siw: Remove unnecessary kthread create/destroy printouts
There is already a warning if we cannot start any thread, and stopping
those threads is not worth spamming the console.

This also corrects a warning from gcc:
