Stephen Boyd 120c155283 clk: qcom: Migrate to clk_hw based registration and OF APIs 
Now that we have clk_hw based provider APIs to register clks, we
can get rid of struct clk pointers in this driver, allowing us to
move closer to a clear split of consumer and provider clk APIs.

Stephen Boyd 085d7a4554 clk: qcom: Add a regmap type clock struct 
Add a clock type that associates a regmap pointer and some
enable/disable bits with a clk_hw struct. This will be the struct
that a hw specific implementation wraps if it wants to use the
regmap helper functions.
