Here's the big char/misc driver update for 3.19-rc1
Lots of little things all over the place in different drivers, and a new
subsystem, "coresight" has been added. Full details are in the
shortlog.

This driver abuses videobuf helper functions. This is a bad idea
because:
1) this driver is completely unrelated to media drivers
2) the videobuf API is deprecated and will be removed eventually
This patch replaces the videobuf functions with the normal DMA kernel
API.

carma-fpga driver uses device control with custom FSLDMA_EXTERNAL_START
command. Since we wnat to deprecate the device control, move this driver to
use new fsl_dma_external_start() API

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
platform_device instead of using dev_{get,set}_drvdata() with &pdev->dev,
so we can directly pass a struct platform_device.

These drivers set the DMA_INTERRUPT capability bit when requesting a DMA
controller channel. This was historical, and is no longer needed.
Recent changes to the drivers/dma/fsldma.c driver have removed support
for this flag. This makes the carma drivers unable to find a DMA channel
with the required capabilities.
