Paul Gortmaker 9308794884 powerpc: include export.h for files using EXPORT_SYMBOL/THIS_MODULE
Fix failures in powerpc associated with the previously allowed
implicit module.h presence that now lead to things like this:

arch/powerpc/mm/mmu_context_hash32.c:76:1: error: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL'
arch/powerpc/mm/tlb_hash32.c:48:1: error: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL'
arch/powerpc/kernel/pci_32.c:51:1: error: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL'
arch/powerpc/kernel/iomap.c:36:1: error: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL'
arch/powerpc/platforms/44x/canyonlands.c:126:1: error: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL'
arch/powerpc/kvm/44x.c:168:59: error: 'THIS_MODULE' undeclared (first use in this function)

Benjamin Herrenschmidt a85fe3fce8 powerpc: Really fix build without CONFIG_PCI
Brown paper bag day, previous commit wouldn't work very well with modules
enabled. Move the exports into the ifdef.

Benjamin Herrenschmidt 81210c2062 powerpc: Fix build without CONFIG_PCI

"iomap: make IOPORT/PCI mapping functions conditional"

Broke powerpc build without CONFIG_PCI as we would still define
pci_iomap(), which overlaps with the new empty inline in the headers.

Make our implementation conditional on CONFIG_PCI

Benjamin Herrenschmidt 50747cb818 [POWERPC] Make pci_iounmap actually unmap things
This patch uses the newly added functions for testing if an address is
an ISA or PCI IO port to properly unmap things in pci_iounmap that
aren't such ports. Without that, drivers using the iomap API will never
actually unmap resources, which on IBM server machines will prevent
hot-unplug of the corresponding HW adapters.

Benjamin Herrenschmidt 68a64357d1 [POWERPC] Merge 32 and 64 bits asm-powerpc/io.h
powerpc: Merge 32 and 64 bits asm-powerpc/io.h

The rework on io.h done for the new hookable accessors made it easier,
so I just finished the work and merged 32 and 64 bits io.h for arch/powerpc.

arch/ppc still uses the old version in asm-ppc, there is just too much gunk
in there that I really can't be bothered trying to cleanup.

Anton Blanchard c256f4b959 [PATCH] powerpc: remove io_page_mask
Cleanup patch which removes the io_page_mask. It fixes the reset on
some e1000 devices which is needed for clean kexec reboots. The legacy
devices which broke with this patch (parallel port and PC speaker) have
now been fixed in Linus' tree.

Jon Mason 2ef9481e66 [PATCH] powerpc: trivial: modify comments to refer to new location of files
This patch removes all self references and fixes references to files
in the now defunct arch/ppc64 tree. I think this accomplises
everything wanted, though there might be a few references I missed.
