Jingoo Han e01ee9f509 usb: gadget: use dev_get_platdata()
Use the wrapper function for retrieving the platform data instead of
accessing dev->platform_data directly.

Peter Chen c2c9caa947 usb: gadget: fsl_mxc_udc: replace MX35_IO_ADDRESS to ioremap
As mach/hardware.h is deleted, we can't visit platform code at driver.
It has no phy driver to combine with this controller, so it has to use
ioremap to map phy address as a workaround.

Peter Chen f0ea8834df usb: gadget: fsl-mxc-udc: replace cpu_is_xxx() with platform_device_id
As mach/hardware.h is deleted, we need to use platform_device_id to
differentiate SoCs. Besides, one cpu_is_mx35 is useless as it has
already used pdata to differentiate runtime

Meanwhile we update the platform code accordingly.

Fabio Estevam ba789170d2 usb: gadget: fsl_mxc_udc: do not depend on grouped clocks
With the new common clock infrastructure, the following clocks should be
used on i.MX drivers: ipg, per and ahb.

Adapt fsl_mxc_udc to follow this new behaviour to fix the following probe error:

Freescale High-Speed USB SOC Device Controller driver (Apr 20, 2007)
fsl-usb2-udc fsl-usb2-udc: clk_get("usb") failed
fsl-usb2-udc: probe of fsl-usb2-udc failed with error -2

Fabio Estevam 5ce1d0eb1c usb: fsl_mxc_udc.c: Remove compile-time dependency of MX35 SoC type
In order to support multiple SoC kernel image, compile-time dependency
on a specific SoC type should be avoided.

fsl_udc_clk_finalize is already protected by cpu_is_mx35(), so remove
the compile-time check for CONFIG_SOC_IMX35.

Fabio Estevam 65cd5c4d03 usb: fsl_mxc_udc.c: Fix build issue by including missing header file
Fix the following build error:

CC [M] drivers/usb/gadget/fsl_mxc_udc.o
drivers/usb/gadget/fsl_mxc_udc.c: In function 'fsl_udc_clk_finalize':
drivers/usb/gadget/fsl_mxc_udc.c:98: error: implicit declaration of function 'readl'
drivers/usb/gadget/fsl_mxc_udc.c💯 error: implicit declaration of function 'writel'

This error is caused by the follwing commit:
(16fcb63: arm/imx: remove mx31_setup_weimcs( ) from mx31.h)

,which removed '#include <linux/io.h>' from mx31.h.

fsl_mxc_udc.c includes <mach/hardware.h>, which in turns includes mx31.h, so
that's the reason fsl_mxc_udc.c built fine previously.

Instead of relying on the indirect inclusion of the linux/io.h header file,
include it directly in fsl_mxc_udc.c.

Eric Bénard 69cb1ec4ce mxc_udc: add workaround for ENGcm09152 for i.MX35
this patch gives the possibility to workaround bug ENGcm09152
on i.MX35 when the hardware workaround is also implemented on
the board.
It covers the workaround described on page 25 of the following Errata :
