The arguments to these callbacks were changed in
e981a30 (ARM: mx3: irq_data conversion.)
but the comments were not adapted.

Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can
remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.
The various declarations were removed using the following script:

sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'

SSI5 on the CPU is connected to the PMIC module to provide audio support
so unconditionally configure the relevant pins on the CPU to route out
the signals.
