Commit 394216275c ("s390: remove broken hibernate / power management support")
removed support for ARCH_HIBERNATION_POSSIBLE on s390.
So drop the unused pm ops from the iucv drivers.

Now that the SPDX tag is in all drivers/s390/ files, that identifies the
license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text
wording can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.
This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.
No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.
Update the drivers/s390/net/ files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of
the full boiler plate text.
This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

Here is the big driver core update for 4.13-rc1.
The large majority of this is a lot of cleanup of old fields in the
driver core structures and their remaining usages in random drivers.
All of those fixes have been reviewed by the various subsystem
maintainers. There's also some small firmware updates in here, a new
kobject uevent api interface that makes userspace interaction easier,
and a few other minor things.
All of these have been in linux-next for a long while with no reported
issues.

PCIE: remove driver_data direct access of struct device
...
Manually fix up trivial conflicts due to different direct driver_data
direct access fixups in drivers/block/{ps3disk.c,ps3vram.c}
Patch establishes a dummy netiucv device to make sure iucv is notified
about suspend/resume even if netiucv is the only loaded iucv-exploting
module without any real net_device defined.
The PM freeze callback closes all open netiucv connections. Thus the
corresponding iucv path is removed.
The PM thaw/restore callback re-opens previously closed netiucv
connections.

In the near future, the driver core is going to not allow direct access
to the driver_data pointer in struct device. Instead, the functions
dev_get_drvdata() and dev_set_drvdata() should be used. These functions
have been around since the beginning, so are backwards compatible with
all older kernel versions.
Thanks to Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> for fixing a few
typos in my original version of this patch.

Convert magic values 1 and -1 to NETDEV_TX_BUSY and NETDEV_TX_LOCKED respectively.
0 (NETDEV_TX_OK) is not changed to keep the noise down, except in very few cases
where its in direct proximity to one of the other values.

Avoid kernel warning by using the correct hard_start_xmit return
code NETDEV_TX_BUSY for skb requeuing.

Convert most s390 users setting bus_id to dev_set_name().
css and ccw busses are deferred since they need some special
treatment.
