Matti Gottlieb bf5da87f60 iwlwifi: mvm: add remove flow for AUX ROC time events
Add a flow that handles the requests to cancel the roc time event,
that has been triggered via the aux framework.

The roc for bss is different than the roc for p2p devices, and is done
via the aux framework using the aux queue, thus requires a different flow
to cancel the time event.

Matti Gottlieb a6cc516314 iwlwifi: mvm: ROC - bug fixes around time events and locking
Don't add the time event to the list. We added it several
times the same time event, which leads to an infinite loop
when walking the list.

Since we (currently) don't support more than one ROC for STA
vif at a time, enforce this and don't add the time event
to any list.

We were also missing the locking of the mutex which led to
a lockdep splat - fix that.

Ariej Marjieh b112889c5a iwlwifi: mvm: add Aux ROC request/response flow
The Remain On Channel framework added to the firmare is
a bit like time events. It allows the driver to request
the firmware to be on a certain channel for a certain time.
Unlike the time events, the ROC infrastructure doesn't need
a MAC context in the firmware - it uses a generic context
called "auxiliary framework".

This is useful for any offchannel activity that is not bound
to a specific MAC.
The flow is synchronized much like with time events:
1) The driver receives an action frame from the wpa_supplicant
via nl80211 that requests to be sent offchannel.
2) The driver sends an Aux ROC command (0x53) to the firmware.
3) The firmware responds with the unique id of the time event.
4) When time event starts, the driver puts the frame in the
   Aux queue.

Special care needs to be taken when the time events ends:
the queue needs to be cleaned-up.

Andrei Otcheretianski 7f0a7c671c iwlwifi: mvm: Reflect GO channel switch in NoA
According to the spec, GO/AP should perform the channel switch just
before "beacon 0". However, since the exact timing isn't defined,

Emmanuel Grumbach 9fc3fe96c3 iwlwifi: mvm: don't WARN about unsuccessful time event
Time event notification can have a failure status even if
the time event was scheduled:
* in START notification, this can happen if the time event
was scheduled later than the requested apply time.
* in STOP notification, this can happen if the time event
  is truncated.

Even if both happened, the offchannel packets sent during
the remain on channel are very likely to have been sent.
Hence, don't WARN when this happens, but rather print a
discrete line in the kernel log.

Johannes Berg 016d27e13b iwlwifi: mvm: give client MACs time to synchronise during restart
When firmware restart happens, the timers are obviously reset and
the new firmware has no synchronisation with the AP as we program
timings to the pre-restart values. The firmware should attempt to
synchronise by itself, but in multi-channel scenarios this isn't
easy, particularly since it has to try to keep service quality up
for other MACs.

To make it more reliable, give each client MAC some time to catch
beacons when restarting or resuming. Service quality was impacted
anyway (or in resume doesn't really matter much.)

   [<f882a130>] ieee80211_sta_work+0x8f0/0x1070 [mac80211]

The reason is a problem with asynchronous vs. synchronous
commands, what happens here is the following:
 * TE 0x2601 is removed, the TIME_EVENT_CMD for that is async
 * a new TE (will be 0x2701) is created, the TIME_EVENT_CMD
for that is sync and also uses a notification wait for the
response (to avoid another race condition)
 * the response for the TE 0x2601 removal comes from the
firmware, and is handled by the notification wait handler
that's really waiting for the second response, but can't
tell the difference, we therefore see the message
   "TIME_EVENT_CMD response - UID = 0x2601" instead of
   "TIME_EVENT_CMD response - UID = 0x2701".

Fix this issue by making the TE removal synchronous as well,
this means that we wait for the response to that command
first, before there's any chance of sending a new one.

Also, to detect such issues more easily in the future, add
a warning to the notification handler that detects them.

Johannes Berg ffdf968d87 iwlwifi: mvm: don't wait for session protection to start
Now that mac80211 no longer starts the auth/assoc
timeouts when it transmits the frame, but only when
the frame status arrives, we no longer need to wait
for the session protection time event to start, we
can schedule it and enqueue the auth/assoc frame
right away. This reduces the amount of time we block
mac80211's workqueue.

Also, since now we no longer need different behavior
for session protection and P2P time events, refactor
the code to have just a common implementation.

The TE_P2P_DEVICE_DISCOVERABLE time event type used for ROC is
assigned low priority in the FW, and thus has low chance of

To overcome this, use a time event type that has priority equal
