Liad Kaufman 7f715626a9 iwlwifi: use dev_printk instead of dev_dbg for debug logs
When calling IWL_DEBUG_*() dev_dbg() is currently used, and this
could result in the log being ignored no matter the internal
loglevel, since dev_dbg() may get turned on or off based on the
dynamic debug mechanism.

Replace the dev_dbg() with dev_printk() since dynamic printing
is pointless as we use our own debug level mechanism and there
is just a single dev_dbg() call in the code.

Johannes Berg 48e29340d5 iwlwifi: export symbols only conditionally
If all the pieces of iwlwifi are built into the kernel
then there's no need for it to export its symbols to
other modules, so prevent that.

Emmanuel Grumbach 410dc5aa59 iwlwifi: a few fixes in license
7000.c was released as GPL only by mistake: it should be
dual licensed - GPL / BSD.
The file that contains the license in the kernel is COPYING
and not LICENSE.GPL.

Johannes Berg 346c265a48 iwlwifi: fix debug message level
Debug messages should be printed using dev_dbg() not
dev_err() which requires DEBUG to be defined.

Don Fry cc5f7e3976 iwlwifi: implement dynamic opmode loading
This is the next step in splitting up the driver,
making the uCode API dependent pieces of it live
in separate modules. Right now there's only one
so it's not user-selectable, but we're actively
working on more.

Johannes Berg 6238b00880 iwlwifi: clean up iwl-shared.h includes
That file is now holding just a few defines and
the module parameters, so it shouldn't include
anything. Make sure the right users include the
right files instead.

Johannes Berg a8bceb392a iwlwifi: remove per-device debug level
There's no need for the per-device debug
level that we expose in debugfs since the
module parameter is writable in sysfs.

At the same time, simplify code by changing
    iwl_get_debug_level(shrd) & IWL_DL_ISR)
to
    iwl_have_debug_level(IWL_DL_ISR)

Johannes Berg 2655e314c4 iwlwifi: trace debug messages
Make iwlwifi record all debug messages into
tracing, even if debug_level is not enabled.
Due to the lack of APIs, the debug messages
are now recorded up to a max length of 100,
the only one above that is the RXON which is
not needed if you trace the commands as well
as it only dumps the command contents.
