Kees Cook 6396bb2215 treewide: kzalloc() -> kcalloc()
The kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kcalloc(). This
patch replaces cases of:

        kzalloc(a * b, gfp)

with:
        kcalloc(a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        kzalloc(a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        kzalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        kzalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        kzalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

The Coccinelle script used for this was:

// Fix redundant parens around sizeof().

Mauro Carvalho Chehab 96292c89cf [media] pvrusb2: don't break long lines
Due to the 80-cols restrictions, and latter due to checkpatch
warnings, several strings were broken into multiple lines. This
is not considered a good practice anymore, as it makes harder
to grep for strings at the source code.

As we're right now fixing other drivers due to KERN_CONT, we need
to be able to identify what printk strings don't end with a "\n".
It is a way easier to detect those if we don't break long lines.

So, join those continuation lines.

The patch was generated via the script below, and manually
adjusted if needed.

</script>
use Text::Tabs;
while (<>) {
	if ($next ne "") {
		$c=$_;
		if ($c =~ /^\s+\"(.*)/) {

Bhaktipriya Shridhar 29a3006e52 [media] pvrusb2: Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue
The workqueue "workqueue" is involved in polling the pvrusb2 hardware
(pvr2_hdw).

It has a single work item(&hdw->workpoll) and hence doesn't require
ordering. Also, it is not being used on a memory reclaim path.
Hence, the singlethreaded workqueue has been replaced with the use of
system_wq.

System workqueues have been able to handle high level of concurrency
for a long time now and hence it's not required to have a singlethreaded
workqueue just to gain concurrency. Unlike a dedicated per-cpu workqueue
created with create_singlethread_workqueue(), system_wq allows multiple
work items to overlap executions even on the same CPU; however, a
per-cpu workqueue doesn't have any CPU locality or global ordering
guarantee unless the target CPU is explicitly specified and thus the
increase of local concurrency shouldn't make any difference.

Work item has been flushed in pvr2_hdw_destroy to ensure that there are no
pending tasks while disconnecting the driver.

Boris BREZILLON 18cb5ec38f [media] usb: Make use of media_bus_format enum
In order to have subsytem agnostic media bus format definitions we've
moved media bus definition to include/uapi/linux/media-bus-format.h and
prefixed enum values with MEDIA_BUS_FMT instead of V4L2_MBUS_FMT.

Reference new definitions in all usb drivers.
