driver needs to power on/off in the correct order in relation to fimd.
This will also allow the DP driver to participate in drm modeset as well
as provide accurate connection detection and edid.

A first set of batches of fixes for 3.13. The diffstat is large mostly
because we're adding a defconfig for a family that's been lacking it, and
there's some missing clock information added for i.MX and OMAP.
The at91 new code is around dealing with RTC/RTT reset at boot to fix possible
hangs due to pending wakeup interrupts coming in during early boot.

Nothing particularly stands out in this pull request. The biggest part of the
changes are cleanups.
Maybe one fix to mention is the "fb: reorder the lock sequence to fix potential
dead lock" which hopefully fixes the fb locking issues reported by multiple
persons.
There are also a few commits that have changes to arch/arm/mach-at91 and
arch/avr32, which have been acked by the maintainers.

Exynos Display Port can be used only for Exynos SoCs. In addition,
non-DT for EXYNOS SoCs is not supported from v3.11; thus, there is
no need to support non-DT for Exynos Display Port.
The 'include/video/exynos_dp.h' file has been used for non-DT
support and the content of file include/video/exynos_dp.h is moved
to drivers/video/exynos/exynos_dp_core.h. Thus, the 'exynos_dp.h'

Pull workqueue [delayed_]work_pending() cleanups from Tejun Heo:
"This is part of on-going cleanups to remove / minimize usages of
workqueue interfaces which are deprecated and/or misleading.
This round drops a number of usages of [delayed_]work_pending(), which
are dangerous as they lack any form of synchronization and thus often
lead to buggy / unnecessary code. There are a couple legitimate use
cases in kernel. Hopefully, they can be converted and
[delayed_]work_pending() can be removed completely. Even if not,
removing most of misuses should make it more difficult to find
examples of misuses and thus slow down growth of them.
These changes are independent from other workqueue changes."

Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced
devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling.
devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

There's no need to test whether a (delayed) work item in pending
before queueing, flushing or cancelling it. Most uses are unnecessary
and quite a few of them are buggy.
Remove unnecessary pending tests from exynos_dp_core. Only compile
tested.

If DP is not reset properly before kernel bootup(in bootloader code),
there can be few pending interrupts, and sometimes they invoke
DP irq handler as soon as the irq handler is registered in DP probe.
So, we make the DP driver more robust by resetting and
initializing DP at the earliest and then registering the irq handler.

EDID error handling has 2 problems:
- It doesn't fail as early as it can
- The retry counts for i2c and aux transactions are huge
This patch fails if the initial i2c transaction fails, and reduces the
aux and i2c retry counts down to 3.
