Randy Dunlap ac3167257b headers: separate linux/mod_devicetable.h from linux/platform_device.h
At over 4000 #includes, <linux/platform_device.h> is the 9th most
#included header file in the Linux kernel. It does not need
<linux/mod_devicetable.h>, so drop that header and explicitly add
<linux/mod_devicetable.h> to source files that need it.

   4146 #include <linux/platform_device.h>

After this patch, there are 225 files that use <linux/mod_devicetable.h>,
for a reduction of around 3900 times that <linux/mod_devicetable.h>
does not have to be read & parsed.

    225 #include <linux/mod_devicetable.h>

This patch was build-tested on 20 different arch-es.

It also makes these drivers SubmitChecklist#1 compliant.

Boris Brezillon 2c2469bc03 mfd: atmel-hlcdc: Do not sleep in atomic context
readl_poll_timeout() calls usleep_range(), but
regmap_atmel_hlcdc_reg_write() is called in atomic context (regmap
spinlock held).

Replace the readl_poll_timeout() call by readl_poll_timeout_atomic().

Laxman Dewangan f32fb9a593 mfd: atmel-hlcdc: Use devm_mfd_add_devices() for mfd_device registration
Use devm_mfd_add_devices() for MFD devices registration and get
rid of .remove callback to remove MFD child-devices. This is done
by managed device framework.

Luis de Bethencourt a0aef1f529 mfd: atmel-hlcdc: Fix module autoload for OF platform driver
This platform driver has a OF device ID table but the OF module
alias information is not created so module autoloading won't work.

Boris Brezillon ea31c0cf9b mfd: atmel-hlcdc: Implement config synchronization
Some HLCDC registers cannot be written until the hardware has finished
applying the previous configuration request. If they are written while
an action is still in progress, the new configuration might be silently
ignored, resulting in unpredictable behavior.

Hide the config synchronization stuff in a regmap implementation and use
this implementation instead of the generic mmio one.

Boris Brezillon 2c86e9fb72 mfd: Add atmel-hlcdc driver
The HLCDC IP available on some Atmel SoCs (i.e. at91sam9n12, at91sam9x5
family or sama5d3 family) exposes 2 subdevices:
- a display controller (controlled by a DRM driver)
- a PWM chip

The MFD device provides a regmap and several clocks (those connected
to this hardware block) to its subdevices.

This way concurrent accesses to the iomem range are handled by the regmap
framework, and each subdevice can safely access HLCDC registers.
