Paul Mundt	9d56dd3b08	sh: Mass ctrl_in/outX to __raw_read/writeX conversion. ... The old ctrl in/out routines are non-portable and unsuitable for cross-platform use. While drivers/sh has already been sanitized, there is still quite a lot of code that is not. This converts the arch/sh/ bits over, which permits us to flag the routines as deprecated whilst still building with -Werror for the architecture code, and to ensure that future users are not added. Magnus Damm	d58876e289	sh: add interrupt ack code to sh3 ... This patch adds interrupt acknowledge code for external interrupt sources on sh3 processors. Only really required for edge triggered interrupts, but we ack regardless of sense configuration. Magnus Damm	a276e588a9	sh: unify external irq pin code for sh3 ... This patch unifies the sh3 external irq pin code. It buys us some savings with reduced code redundancy, but the main feature with this change is irq sense selection support for all sh3 processors.
