Benjamin Herrenschmidt f2d576948d powerpc: Get rid of ppc_md.init_early()
It is now called right after platform probe, so the probe function
can just do the job.

Benjamin Herrenschmidt 5657138404 powerpc: Move 32-bit probe() machine to later in the boot process
This converts all the 32-bit platforms to use the expanded device-tree
which is a pretty mechanical change. Unlike 64-bit, the 32-bit kernel
didn't rely on platform initializations to setup the MMU since it
sets it up entirely before probe_machine() so the move has comparatively
less consequences though it's a bigger patch.

Daniel Axtens 95ec77c06e powerpc: Make ppc_md.{halt, restart} __noreturn
powernv marks it's halt and restart calls as __noreturn. However,
ppc_md does not have this annotation. Add the annotation to ppc_md,
and then to every halt/restart function that is missing it.

Additionally, I have verified that all of these functions do not
return. Occasionally I have added a spin loop to be sure.

Becky Bruce f465df81a8 powerpc: Move memory size print into common show_cpuinfo for 32-bit
Most of the platforms were printing the size of the memory
in their show_cpuinfo implementations. This moves that to
the common show_cpuinfo, so that all 32-bit platforms will
now print the size of memory. I also update the code
to deal with the fact that total_memory is now a phys_addr_t.

Remi Machet 46388c0d88 powerpc: C2K board driver
Support for the C2K cPCI Single Board Computer from GEFanuc
(PowerPC MPC7448 with a Marvell MV64460 chipset).
All features of the board are not supported yet, but the board
boots, flash works, all Ethernet ports are working and PCI
devices are all found (USB and SATA on PCI1 do not work yet).

Part 3 of 5: driver for the board. At this time it is very generic
and similar to its original, the driver for the prpmc2800.
