Christian König a2cf324785 drm/amdgpu: split the VM entity into direct and delayed
For page fault handling we need to use a direct update which can't be
blocked by ongoing user CS.

Christian König a2bd77bbde drm/amdgpu: disable concurrent flushes for Navi10 v2
Navi10 have a bug in the SDMA which can theoretically cause memory
corruption with concurrent VMID flushes

Christian König 8fe27f8fa0 drm/amdgpu: make VMID assignment more fair v2
Similar to finding an idle one before reuse.

This guarantees fairness between processes. Otherwise process with a reserved
VMID have an unfair advantage while scheduling jobs.
